What does one project credit cover?
One credit unlocks one entire project, whether it is an estimate or a supplement. PDF and ESX exports, regenerations, and additional stages on that same project are included. Your credit is used on the first generation; you do not pay again for that project.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every new account starts with 2 free project credits. Use them for any combination of estimates and supplements. Free credits never expire, and no credit card is required.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing saves 20% compared with monthly billing. Growth is $3,360 per year, equivalent to $280 per month, and includes 120 project credits upfront. Pro is $7,200 per year, equivalent to $600 per month, and includes 360 project credits upfront. The annual amount is charged once per year.
When do included credits expire?
Growth included credits are valid through the end of the paid billing period plus 30 days; Pro included credits are valid through the end of the paid billing period plus 60 days. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans. Each batch keeps its original expiration when you change plans. Purchased and free credits never expire.
What if I need more credits?
Buy additional credits whenever you need them: $70 each on Pay as You Go, $50 each while on Growth, or $40 each while on Pro. Purchased credits never expire. Expiring included credits are used first, then free credits, then purchased credits.
Can I change plans or stop my subscription?
Yes. Manage your plan in the app. Upgrades, downgrades, and billing frequency changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Moving to Pay as You Go stops the next subscription charge; your current plan stays in effect through the paid period. Already issued credits keep their original expiration dates.
