Clearer Spark changes, with a history you can revisit

See Spark's proposed changes in the estimate, accept the scope together, and use project checkpoints to revisit your latest decision.

Product updates: August 13 and September 1, 2026.

Spark's proposals are easier to review where they matter: in the estimate itself. The August approval update introduced inline comparisons and bulk scope approval. September added project history and checkpoint undo, so accepting a change does not end the conversation.

See the change before accepting it

New lines appear where they would belong. Changed lines show their current values alongside the proposed difference. Each structure shows the current total and what the total would be if you accept the pending scope.

Accept Scope settles the pending scope together. You can ask Spark to revise a suggestion before accepting it. Questions, choices, and removals that need a separate decision stay in the review queue.

Keep a record of your decisions

Accepting scope creates a project checkpoint. Decisions about customer information, overhead and profit, or structure removal also become checkpoints.

Open History from the review view to inspect pending suggestions and the checkpoint timeline. Discard all pending suggestions when they no longer belong on the project; accepted work stays in place. Undo the most recent checkpoint to return its changes to review, then decide again or re-accept them.

This is project version history with a clear boundary: only the latest checkpoint can be undone. You are not replacing the current project with an arbitrary older snapshot.

These controls live in the project workspace, alongside the scope and Spark conversation.
