ClaimSpark's project workspace brings the estimate and Spark into one place. Open a project, review its scope, make changes, and generate the documents without moving through the old series of separate project screens.
The workspace was first introduced in June. The July rollout made it the standard project flow for every organization.
Built for a phone and a desktop
The same project works on either screen. On a desktop, you can review line items with Spark alongside them. On a phone, the scope uses stacked cards and Spark opens from the chat control, leaving room to work through the estimate.
Your documents stay close to the work. Open a cited source while reviewing a suggestion, or add supporting photos and measurement reports as the claim develops.
From scope to the finished document
Use the review view to check line items, quantities, and dimensions. Ask Spark to help with an adjustment, edit the scope directly, and review its proposed changes before accepting them. When the project is ready, generate the PDF or ESX from the same workspace.
The later approval and project-history update makes those decisions easier to inspect and revisit. If you are starting at the property without documents, the field checklist gives you another way in.
